Delivery conformity

The customer is responsible for verifying the conformity of the products received upon delivery of the order. In the event of damage to the parcel or the product, please indicate this information on the carrier's delivery document.

Any anomaly relating to the delivery, such as

  • Missing items
  • Damaged parcel
  • Damaged items
  • Items not conforming to order

must be notified within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order, including photos.
This notification must be sent to ERRO customer service by e-mail to bonjour@erro-maroquinerie.com or by registered mail to the following address: BORDAGAIN, ERRO, Zone Artisanale Pelen Borda, 64480 LARRESSORE

Withdrawal

The consumer is informed prior to the conclusion of the contract of the existence of a right of withdrawal for this contract. In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the Order to exercise his or her right of withdrawal. The Customer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

In accordance with article L.221-5 of the French Consumer Code, BORDAGAIN SAS informs the customer of the return procedure on its website www.erro-maroquinerie.com.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, new and unused. Any product that has been used, worn or damaged cannot be returned to BORDAGAIN SAS.

Returns and refunds

For any return procedure, the customer must send an e-mail to bonjour@erro-maroquinerie.com or a registered letter to the following address: BORDAGAIN, ERRO, Zone Artisanale Pelen Borda, 64480 LARRESSORE

In order to facilitate the processing of your request, the mail/e-mail should follow the following format: 

Order number:
Item ordered:
Ordered on :
Received on:
Customer's name:
Customer's address:
Customer's signature and date:
(only in the case of notification of this form on paper)

Photos may be requested by the company.

BORGAGAIN SAS will then send the customer a return label by e-mail or by post. The product must then be dropped off at a Colissimo relay point within 7 days. 

The product must be returned in its original packaging, new and unused. Any product that has been used, worn or damaged cannot be returned to BORDAGAIN SAS.

Refunds will be made via the means of payment initially used by the customer and in accordance with the deadline set by the corresponding organization.
