Delivery conformity :
The customer is responsible for verifying the conformity of the products received upon delivery of the order. In the event of damage to the parcel or the product, please indicate this information on the carrier's delivery document.

Terms of delivery :
The products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. In case of change of address, it is up to the customer to notify it before placing the order.
The delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. In order for these times to be respected, the customer must ensure that he/she has provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address, in particular the street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, name and number of the intercom, name of the lane, postal code, city.
In the event of failure to deliver on the date or by the deadline stipulated or, failing this, no later than thirty (30) days after conclusion of the contract, the Customer may request, in writing, that the Company make delivery within a reasonable additional period. If the Company has not complied within this new deadline, the customer may request, in writing, that the contract be rescinded. (article L. 216-6 of the French Consumer Code). The contract will be considered terminated on receipt by the professional of this letter, unless the professional has performed in the meantime.
The customer is informed that he may immediately cancel the contract (without prior written notice) when non-delivery is due to an obvious refusal by the professional to deliver the product.
